Training through rehearsal
Spectactors.inc can structure staff training using rehearsal techniques with actors creating specific and challenging customer service scenarios. The participants are engaged with 'role play' work based on dramatic scripts drawn from the research into 'critical' front of house contact points. The actors can be cast from within the employee profile or by using professional actors. The audience are engaged through the workshops and from these sessions the intended effect of the performance is realised. All of our workshops are practical, engaging for the participants and purposeful in realising the experiential goal of the organisation.
